Russian-sourced cranberry sauce was available to the crew.NASA astronauts Mike Fincke, Zena Cardman, and Jonny Kim shared the holiday meal with three Russian cosmonauts and Japan Aerospace Exploration Agency astronaut Kimiya Yui. Yui commented on the cultural aspect, noting, "here, on ISS, everybody respects each other's culture."An additional Soyuz rocket carrying three new crew members for the station, including NASA astronaut Chris Williams, was scheduled for launch from Baikonur Cosmodrome in Kazakhstan at 4:27 am Eastern time on Thursday, with potential arrival prior to the meal.
