Hailee Steinfeld and Josh Allen have named their daughter Harper Haize Allen. The name was confirmed by Steinfeld in her weekly Substack newsletter, Beau Society. During the pregnancy, the couple had referred to the child by the nickname "Baby Beau."

On May 11, 2026, which marked Mother’s Day in the United States, Steinfeld posted the first public photographs of the newborn on Instagram. The images show the baby holding a finger and wearing a newborn onesie.
