Report on Fatalities in Gaza
The Hamas-run health ministry in Gaza has reported that over 70,000 Palestinians have died as a result of Israel's military operations in the territory. This count includes fatalities recorded since a ceasefire officially commenced on October 10.

Among the reported fatalities from an Israeli drone strike on Saturday were two brothers, Fadi and Juma Abu Assi. Their family stated that the boys were collecting firewood at the time of the strike. In response to inquiries, the Israel Defense Forces (IDF) informed the BBC that they had targeted two individuals described as suspects who had crossed into a designated restricted zone, referred to as the "yellow line."
