Hamilton Residence Connected to Fartsicorn Foundation Goes Up for Auction

The residence at 848/43 Hercules Street, Hamilton, owned by Gail and Rachael Everett, has been listed for sale. This property is notably associated with the launch of the Fartsicorn Foundation.

The Fartsicorn Foundation was established in July 2025 by Steven and Kerrin Everett following their daughter Mackenzie Everett's diagnosis with hepatoblastoma in 2023. Mackenzie, who bravely named the foundation herself, passed away in September 2025.

The foundation aims to connect families dealing with rare cancers with research opportunities to explore treatment options.

Rachael Everett, Mackenzie's aunt, indicated that the home served as a significant location for Mackenzie and her brother Sam. Gail Everett, Mackenzie's grandmother, further clarified that the unit was initially intended as a permanent family residence.

The decision to sell the property was made following Mackenzie's passing. Despite the sale, the Everett family plans to continue the Fartsicorn Foundation's vital operations. The two-level home is currently being marketed by Place Ascot agents Thomas and Rhiannon Coussens.

The unit is scheduled for auction on March 27. The family has reaffirmed their intention for the Fartsicorn Foundation to function as a continuing initiative, providing crucial resources for families seeking further treatment avenues when conventional options are limited.
