TSA Officers Continue Essential Duties Without Pay

Officers with the Department of Homeland Security's (DHS) Transportation Security Administration (TSA) are required to continue working. This requirement stems from their designation as essential workers critical for public safety.

Despite their ongoing work, these officers are not currently receiving pay due to a government shutdown.

It is anticipated that these officers will receive back pay following the resolution of the shutdown.
