Separate Explosion Claims Three Lives
A separate explosion on Yeletskaya Street in Moscow resulted in the deaths of three individuals. Among the deceased were two traffic police officers. An additional individual in the vicinity also sustained fatal injuries.
According to Russia's Investigative Committee, the event occurred when two traffic police officers observed an individual near a police vehicle. As the officers approached the individual with the intent to detain them, an explosive device was detonated.
