"Authorities have indicated that the death of Alisa Eleanor Rosenbrook, daughter of '90 Day Fiancé' star Leida Margaretha and Eric Rosenbrook, was not accidental."

Timeline of Events

The infant died last July at five weeks of age. She had been placed on life support for five days following a domestic dispute between Margaretha and Eric Rosenbrook on July 4.

Maltreatment Assessment and Legal Actions

The Adams County Health and Human Services Department's initial assessment suggested the infant experienced maltreatment. This report was confirmed by Margaretha's attorney.

During the July 4 domestic dispute, Eric Rosenbrook was arrested and charged with domestic battery and domestic disorderly conduct. He allegedly slapped Margaretha while intoxicated as she held their baby. Rosenbrook subsequently announced the infant's death on social media on July 10.

Ongoing Investigation

No criminal charges directly related to the infant's death have been filed, and the investigation remains active.

Margaretha and Rosenbrook are now divorced. Authorities note that police had previously responded to incidents at their residence as early as 2019.
