Death Valley Experiences Significant Wildflower Bloom
Death Valley, located in California, which holds the distinction of being the hottest place on Earth and the driest in North America, is currently experiencing a significant wildflower bloom.
The National Park Service (NPS) officially classified this as an above-average bloom year on February 22. Low-elevation flowers are blooming throughout the park.
This event is considered the most substantial bloom the site has experienced since 2016, with extensive areas of the desert displaying golden and violet flora.
