Regional Casualties Reported
Reports indicate at least 13 American fatalities, with six occurring in a plane crash in Iraq on Thursday.
Casualties have also been reported across Israel and Gulf countries.
In Lebanon, hundreds of individuals have died during exchanges of fire involving Israel and Hezbollah. Iran has reported that more than 1,300 people have been killed.
