Sandstorm Strikes Gaza Strip, Residents Advised to Shelter

A sandstorm moved across the Gaza Strip on Saturday, prompting calls for residents to seek shelter.

Most of the more than two million Palestinians residing in the enclave are displaced, living in tents or structures heavily damaged by conflict.

First responders, operating under the Interior Ministry in Gaza, advised individuals to secure their tents to prevent them from being displaced.

Sandstorms present health risks, especially to those with respiratory and cardiovascular conditions.
