Fly-Tipping Offenses Could Lead to Driving Penalty Points

The Department for Environment, Food and Rural Affairs (DEFRA) has proposed new measures that could lead to drivers in England, Scotland, and Wales receiving penalty points on their licenses for fly-tipping offenses.

Under these potential changes, individuals who accumulate 12 or more penalty points within a three-year period may face disqualification from driving.
