Chesser was arrested in June while pregnant. She is charged with murder, destroying human remains, and perverting the course of justice.

The dismembered body of Julian Story, 39, was discovered at the couple's residence in Port Lincoln on June 19.

Chesser is currently detained under a mental health order at James Nash House, a psychiatric facility north of Adelaide. She is scheduled to appear in court again next month.
