This initiative represents Peloton's ongoing strategy to expand beyond its at-home business and enter the commercial fitness market.

Strategic Expansion into Commercial Fitness

Peloton's new product suite is a cornerstone of its commercial unit, which was established in 2025 in collaboration with Precor, a fitness equipment manufacturer acquired by Peloton in 2021.

Currently, Peloton maintains a presence in hotel chains such as Hyatt and Hilton, laying groundwork for broader commercial reach.

CEO Peter Stern confirmed that gym operators have expressed interest in offering Peloton equipment to their members. This direct feedback underscores the market demand for Peloton's expansion.

The overarching aim of this move is to broaden Peloton's influence within the wider fitness industry.

Crucially, through its integration with Precor, Peloton now has access to a commercial distribution network spanning over 60 countries. This network is vital for facilitating the international scaling of its equipment and digital platform.

Product Features and Launch Details

The new machines are engineered to combine Peloton's digital workout platform and instructor-led classes with hardware built by Precor, specifically designed for durability in daily heavy use.

While pricing details for the new equipment were not disclosed by Stern, he did indicate that the products would be "priced competitively."

Further information regarding pricing is anticipated closer to the planned launch in late 2026.
