The restaurant commenced operations in 2020 and was located within The Royal Hotel's dining room. It was recognized for its European bistro style, seasonal menus, and contemporary Australian cuisine with European influences.

The Parker Group's Portfolio

The Parker Group manages a portfolio of other venues in addition to Fleur. These include The Royal Hotel, Willi's Pizza Bar, Busselton Pavilion, Supper Club, The Standard, and Ciao Dandy. The group's email expressed appreciation for support from diners over the past six years.
