Rhino Relocation Initiative Begins

Two southern white rhinos were relocated to a park on Tuesday. This action represents the initial two of eight animals designated to re-establish a population within the park.

The Uganda Wildlife Authority, the organization managing the relocation, reported that the last rhino in the park was killed in 1983.
