Brown University Shooting Investigation: Person Detained
Authorities have detained an individual identified as a person of interest in connection with a shooting incident at Brown University in Providence, Rhode Island. The event, which occurred on Saturday, resulted in two fatalities and injuries to nine other individuals.
Police confirmed the detention on Sunday. Following this development, a previously issued shelter-in-place order for the university campus and its immediate vicinity was rescinded.
Medical personnel provided the following information regarding the condition of the injured individuals:

- Six individuals are listed as critical but stable.
