Rams Executive Supports Proposal to Expand NFL Draft Pick Trading Window

The Los Angeles Rams have withdrawn two proposed rule changes concerning the two-point play. However, a top executive for the team has indicated support for a different proposal currently under consideration.

Rams President Endorses Browns' Draft Pick Trade Expansion

The Cleveland Browns have proposed an expansion of the window for trading future draft picks from three years to five years. Rams president Kevin Demoff expressed his support for this proposal on X.com.

Demoff stated, "Nothing creates more interest in the NFL than trades. This is why Cleveland’s proposal to allow teams to trade picks up to 5 years out as opposed to 3 years out makes so much sense. More picks to trade = more trades = more interest & team building options."

For the proposal to pass, it requires a minimum of 24 votes from the league's teams. Demoff's public comments suggest there may be growing support for this change.
