Police Charge Teen Boy in Series of Alleged E-Bike Assaults on Women

Charges
The boy, from Darch, has been charged with:
- 14 counts of unlawful and indecent assault
- Four counts of no authority to drive
- Four counts of using an unlicensed vehicle on a road.
