Man Arrested After NSW Parliament House Window Smashed
A man has been arrested in connection with the smashing of a window at NSW Parliament House with a metal barbell early this morning.
The incident occurred around 2:40 AM when an offender reportedly caused damage after entering the main forecourt on Sydney's Macquarie Street. Following the event, authorities established a crime scene and initiated an investigation.
Arrest and Investigation
Approximately two hours later, police located and arrested a 37-year-old man at a residence on Oldfield Street in Greystanes, approximately 40 kilometers from the parliament building. The individual has since been transported to Granville Police Station, and as of now, no charges have been filed.
