The Financial Times reported that Pakistan's Army chief, Field Marshal Asim Munir, took a significant step by contacting US President Donald Trump. During their discussion, Munir suggested Islamabad as a potential location for crucial talks.
Simultaneously, Pakistan's Prime Minister Shehbaz Sharif has engaged in high-level talks with Iranian President Masoud Pezeshkian. These negotiations, involving key figures from both the Trump administration and Iran, are anticipated to commence in the near future, underscoring Pakistan's proactive stance.
