Jessica Sutta Alleges Political Views Influenced Exclusion from Pussycat Dolls Reunion Tour

View source

Jessica Sutta, a former member of the Pussycat Dolls, stated that her political views, which she aligns with MAGA, were a factor in her not being asked to join the group's “PCD Forever” reunion tour. The original six-member group, featuring Nicole Scherzinger, will see only three original members—Scherzinger, Kimberly Wyatt, and Ashley Roberts—participate in the 2026 tour and release a new single, “Club Song.”

Sutta's Exclusion and Political Stance

Sutta indicated on “The Maverick Approach” podcast that she and other original members were not informed about the Pussycat Dolls reunion. She reported receiving a call from Scherzinger on the day the tour was publicly announced, which she did not answer. Sutta expressed mixed feelings, stating, "I love Nicole. This is very bittersweet for me. I respect her as an artist," and also mentioned crying with joy over Scherzinger's recent Tony win.

Sutta attributed her exclusion from the reunion to being a "liability" due to her political alignment. She has openly supported Robert F. Kennedy Jr. for president in 2024, connecting with him over shared medical beliefs following what she described as adverse effects from a COVID vaccine.

"I align with Bobby Kennedy, which is aligning with MAGA," Sutta stated, confirming her stance despite criticism and asserting she is "sick of people telling me who I should be."

Other Member's Disappointment

Carmit Bachar, another original Pussycat Doll, also reported learning about the reunion tour through public announcements.

"I would have appreciated direct communication," Bachar stated on Instagram.

Bachar highlighted her foundational role in the group and expressed disappointment, though she remains proud of her contributions.

The Group's Response

When questioned about the absent members during a “Today” interview, Nicole Scherzinger initially hesitated. Kimberly Wyatt responded by noting the Pussycat Dolls have historically had "an ever-changing lineup" and that the current lineup represents the group in 2026.

Wyatt added that the group is focused on "protecting our peace" and is "repairing" past issues.
