Star Trek: Strange New Worlds Season 4 Sets July Premiere Date

The fourth season of Star Trek: Strange New Worlds will premiere globally on July 23, 2025, exclusively on Paramount+. The announcement was made at CCXP Mexico on Saturday, where cast members Rebecca Romijn, Ethan Peck, Celia Rose Gooding, and Paul Wesley debuted a teaser trailer.

The 10-episode season will be released weekly on Thursdays, concluding on September 24.

What to Expect in Season Four

The new teaser trailer offers a glimpse into the high stakes and emotional depths of the upcoming season.

In a tense moment, La'An Noonien-Singh (Christina Chong) warns Nyota Uhura (Celia Rose Gooding), "Any of these missions could be our last." The trailer crescendos with James T. Kirk (Paul Wesley) delivering the iconic line, "Let's boldly go."

Paul Wesley revealed that season four will delve deeper into Kirk's past, exploring "the demons that are haunting him." Meanwhile, Rebecca Romijn teased a surprising plot element, confirming simply, "There's dinosaurs."

Celia Rose Gooding noted that her character, Uhura, continues to evolve toward the version originated by Nichelle Nichols. "She talks back. She stands up for herself," Gooding said, signaling a more assertive and empowered role for the young communications officer.
