"It's hard to explain; I think it's a complete loss of control." – Huesca manager José Luis

Match Chaos in Aragón

In a dramatic Spanish Segunda División match, Real Zaragoza goalkeeper Esteban Andrada punched Huesca captain Jorge Pulido in the face, igniting a mass brawl during stoppage time.

The incident occurred eight minutes into added time, after Andrada had already been shown a red card for pushing Pulido to the ground. During the ensuing melee, Huesca goalkeeper Dani Jiménez retaliated by punching Andrada. Following a VAR review, Zaragoza's Dani Tasende was also sent off.

Match Result

Oscar Sielva scored the only goal of the game, securing a 1-0 victory for Huesca. The result leaves Huesca in 19th place with 36 points, while Zaragoza sits second-bottom with 35 points.

Reaction

Huesca manager José Luis condemned the violence, stating: "It's unjustifiable. I can put myself in their shoes, given what was at stake and all. But it's ugly; this was supposed to be a celebration of Aragonese football."
