A body has been located by Northern Territory Police, believed to be that of a missing five-year-old girl from Alice Springs.
The girl, referred to by her family as Kumanjayi Little Baby, went missing on Saturday night from a home in the Old Timers / Ilyperenye Aboriginal town camp.
Background
The child was last seen at a residence in a town camp on the outskirts of Alice Springs. Authorities have not yet formally confirmed the identity of the deceased.
