Ukrainian drones struck Russia's Black Sea port of Tuapse on Friday, marking the fourth such attack in 16 days.
The attack targeted the seaport and refinery, a critical hub for Russian oil exports. Local Russian officials reported a fire at the port but no casualties. The refinery has been hit at least twice since 16 April, halting production and causing black smoke clouds and oil slicks along the coast. Russia said it had cleared over 13,300 cubic meters of fuel oil and contaminated soil.

Army Reform Plans
Ukraine announced plans to reform the army this summer to address infantry shortages and discharge of long-serving soldiers. President Zelenskyy stated key details would be finalized in May, with reforms beginning in June.
He promised higher pay for infantry, stating: "A Ukrainian infantryman who holds the front line must feel that our state truly respects him."
Defense Minister Mykhailo Fedorov said the changes amount to a "systemic" transformation of the army. Zelenskyy noted Ukraine must be ready to fight if a peace deal cannot be reached.
