Ross Noble sells Mornington Peninsula home ahead of return to England

Comedian Ross Noble and his wife Fran are preparing for a transcontinental move, listing their Mornington Peninsula home for sale as they get ready to relocate to England.

The property, located on a dirt road, is listed by Homes & Acreage's Candice Blanch with an asking price of $3.3 million to $3.6 million.

“The property offers privacy despite being within five minutes of shops, eateries, and schools.” — Fran Noble

The six-bedroom, six-bathroom house sits on a 4180 sqm block and includes a pool, floodlit tennis court, games room with bar, study, garage, and a storage area with cellar and bathroom.

The home has been renovated with imported materials: an 1800s French antique bathtub, English wallpapers, an Indian pantry door, and a chandelier assembled from individually chosen crystals from a Paris antique market.

The gardens blend French and English styles, with most landscaping completed by previous owners.

The family will return to England in the second half of the year, with their oldest child planning to attend university there. Noble's work as a comedian requires regular travel between Australia and the UK.
