"The suit has been compared to a similar outfit worn by Bianca Jagger for her 1971 wedding to Mick Jagger."

Singer Dua Lipa, 30, and actor Callum Turner, 36, were married in a civil ceremony in London on Sunday, May 31. The couple also held a three-day wedding celebration in Palermo, Sicily. Representatives for the couple did not respond to requests for comment.

Civil Ceremony

The wedding took place at Old Marylebone Town Hall in London, according to local officials. Photographs showed Lipa wearing a custom ivory cady skirt suit by Schiaparelli couture with a white-brimmed hat by Stephen Jones. Turner wore a custom blue double-breasted jacket by Ferragamo.

Suits are increasingly chosen for civil ceremonies, especially when larger celebrations are planned later.

Wedding Celebration in Sicily

The couple held a three-day wedding celebration in Palermo, Sicily, which included the following events:

  • Friday welcome drinks: Lipa wore a white leather dress by Bottega Veneta with a custom halterneck gown featuring an open back and intrecciato weave, plus a feathery skirt. Accessories included a matching feathery clutch and gold Bulgari jewelry.

  • Saturday main event: Lipa wore a feather and crystal-embellished Chanel haute couture gown with an intricate low back and feather-dappled train, a feather-detailed headpiece, and a long embroidered veil. Per Chanel, this is the first Chanel haute couture wedding dress designed by Matthieu Blazy for a friend of the house.

  • Sunday brunch: Lipa wore a sheer custom Chloé dress made of floral lace, paired with a swan purse from the fashion house.

Lipa is a three-time Grammy-winning singer known for hits from albums "Future Nostalgia" and "Radical Optimism." Turner is known for roles in "Fantastic Beasts," "The Boys in the Boat," and "Masters of the Air."
