HP and Ferrari have collaborated to produce the Scuderia Ferrari AI PC, a limited-run notebook priced at $5,599. The laptop is the result of two years of collaboration between the companies.
Design and Materials
The laptop features anodized aluminum with a CNC-machined finish and a carbon fiber base. A transparent segment, called the "engine bay," shows the processor and cooling system. The lid is finished in Rosso Magma, a color taken from Ferrari's Icona Daytona SP3. The palm rest has a lenticular finish, and the hinge is designed with concentric louvers to channel airflow.
Specifications
The laptop runs on an Intel Core Ultra X7 processor with integrated Intel Arc graphics, 64GB of memory, and a 1TB SSD. It has a 14-inch 3K OLED touchscreen. The keyboard has per-key RGB lighting using Ferrari's typeface. Connectivity includes two USB-C Thunderbolt 4 ports, one USB-C 10Gbps port, one USB-A port, HDMI, and a headphone jack.
Availability and Pricing
A total of 5,000 units will be produced. The laptop will be available in the US, UK, Italy, Japan, and a few other countries. It includes a charger and a Poltrona Frau leather sleeve. Sales begin on June 12.
