- Performance & Efficiency: Better battery efficiency, Faster app extension launch, and Faster media playback aim to make the device snappier and last longer.
- Health & Activity: More accurate step tracking and More efficient water detection improve core fitness and swim-tracking features.
- Connectivity & Access: Improved Wi-Fi connectivity and Guest key support expand how you interact with your environment. The update also brings GymKit to iPhone, after previously being Apple Watch-only.
- Interface & Organization: The Dynamic app grid replaces the static grid for a more adaptive layout. The Consolidated Find My app streamlines device and people finding. A Tap gesture offers a new way to interact.
- Redesigned Settings in the Apple Watch app make configuration simpler.
- Wallet & Smart Stack: You can now View card balance in Wallet, while Transit cards and IDs in Smart Stack and New Smart Stack suggestions put relevant information front and center.
