Kye Annand, a 200cm key defender selected by Richmond in the mid-season rookie draft, made his AFL debut in Round 14 against Brisbane at Hobart's Ninja Stadium.

Recruited from Geelong's VFL program, the 22-year-old made an immediate impact on the big stage.
