Roberts-Smith Seeks Bail Modification for Family Time and Public Events
SYDNEY — Former decorated soldier Ben Roberts-Smith has applied to a court to modify his bail conditions, requesting permission to change his residence and increase time with his family.
Appearing at the Downing Centre Local Court on Tuesday morning, Roberts-Smith stated, "The focus of today is to be able to see my [family]."

In addition to the residential change, Roberts-Smith is expected to request adjustments to his bail conditions that would allow him to attend specific public events. These include the June 22 opening of Anzac Hall at the Australian War Memorial in Canberra.
