HopgoodGanim Lawyers has appointed Jacqueline Vera as Special Counsel in its Brisbane commercial property team, effective July.
Vera joins from Corrs Chambers Westgarth, bringing experience in development projects, retail and commercial leasing, and capital transactions across real estate asset classes.
Managing Partner Luke Mountford stated that the appointment reflects the firm's continued investment in the real estate and development sector.
The firm's commercial property team now comprises nearly 30 members, including four Partners.
Vera will report to Partner Don Battams and work with the commercial property team on property transactions, developments, leasing, seniors living (including retirement villages and land lease communities), and government projects.
