In iOS 27, Apple Music artist pages have been redesigned. Select artists, including Taylor Swift, Olivia Rodrigo, Sabrina Carpenter, and Lady Gaga, will have a custom font for their names. The artist page also features a larger play button that plays the artist's top songs, and a banner highlighting the latest release.
Siri AI support
The AI-powered Siri assistant can answer questions about artists, songs, and play music recommended by friends from text messages. It cannot replicate the Playlist Playground feature, which remains US-only.
Visual refinements
Buttons now react differently on press-and-hold, revealing hidden menus. Users can choose between a more translucent or tinted UI. Overall design changes are minor, with Apple focusing on bug fixes and stability.
