A 15-year-old boy accused of murdering a 58-year-old man at a house party in Clayfield, Brisbane, has been ordered to stand trial in the Supreme Court.

The case was committed to the Supreme Court for trial, with the accused's lawyer consenting to the move.

The Incident

Greg Josephson was found dead at a Clayfield home in June 2025 during a gathering of dozens of teenagers. The then-15-year-old boy allegedly stabbed Mr Josephson, who was known to him. The teenager was arrested a few streets away from the Clayfield house and charged with murder.

Court Proceedings

The accused appeared in the Brisbane Childrens Court on Wednesday via video link for a hand-up committal. His lawyer, Kris Jahnke, informed the court that 104 witness statements had been submitted.

When asked about presenting evidence, the boy replied: "no thank you". He did not enter a plea, stating: "no, Your Honour".

The teenager was remanded in custody. The case will return to court at a later date.
