FKA twigs Releases New Single “On Your Mind” with Lil Yachty
The track marks the end of the Body High Tour and is the artist’s first solo material since the 2025 release of Euxsexua Afterglow.
Origin of the Track
“On Your Mind” was born from a personal setback. FKA twigs wrote the song after learning that key members of her team would not be able to travel with her to Coachella—an obstacle that ultimately led to the cancellation of her set.
2026 Projects and Legal Action
Beyond the new single, twigs has had a productive 2026. She recently composed music for the film Mother Mary, and is set to portray the legendary entertainer Josephine Baker in an upcoming biopic.
In addition to her creative work, twigs has filed a lawsuit against the band Twigs for trademark infringement.
