The Milwaukee Bucks are trading Giannis Antetokounmpo to the Miami Heat, according to Kevin O’Connor of Yahoo Sports.
O’Connor reported that Cleveland Browns owner Jimmy Haslam, who also has a stake in the Bucks, was a driving force in selecting the Heat’s offer over one from the Boston Celtics that included Jaylen Brown.

Haslam preferred the certainty of draft picks, according to the report.
Haslam’s increased involvement with the Bucks was noted last month. The report also referenced Haslam’s long tenure as Browns owner, which has coincided with 14 years of organizational instability.
