Spatial Audio with Gemini Speakers
The headline feature is support for Google Home Speaker audio output. This update allows users to pair upcoming Gemini speakers to create a spatial surround-sound audio system. The new speakers are scheduled to launch later this week.
Thread 1.4 Upgrade
The update also enhances the device's smart home capabilities. The Google TV Streamer now supports Thread credentials sharing via QR codes. This feature is accessible under the Network & Internet section in the device's Settings menu.
