According to The Athletic, Henderson injured his wrist while attempting to jump over a wall after the match. Video footage shows the player falling and landing on his left arm. Defender Dan Burn alerted medical staff, who took Henderson off the field on a stretcher. He was subsequently taken to a hospital.
Reports indicate the injury happened as the team was singing with supporters. Henderson tripped while attempting to climb the wall and fell, attempting to brace his fall with his left arm.
