Amanjot Kaur
Pace-bowling all-rounder Amanjot Kaur's father, Bhupinder Singh, a carpenter, constructed her initial cricket bat from leftover wood. During the World Cup final, Kaur executed a run-out of opening batter Tazmin Brits. Later in the match, she completed a catch of Laura Wolvaardt at deep midwicket. In her India debut in January 2023, she scored an unbeaten 41 runs at number seven, contributing to India's recovery from 69 for 5 wickets.
Radha Yadav
Left-arm spin bowler Radha Yadav, at 19 years old, utilized earnings from her first BCCI contract to establish the Radha Mini General Store for her family. This store is located near the pavement stall where her father, Omprakash Yadav, previously sold milk and vegetables. Her elder sister, Sonee, who also played cricket, subsequently ceased playing.
