Apple Unveils Strategy at WWDC: AI Ambitions, Leadership Shifts, and 2026 Product Roadmap
Apple Inc. outlined several strategic initiatives and product updates at its annual Worldwide Developers Conference (WWDC) on Monday, alongside separate announcements regarding its organizational structure and future product lineup.
Software and AI Updates
During WWDC, Apple presented its artificial intelligence strategy, which includes plans for an updated Siri digital assistant and new AI capabilities. The company announced new operating system versions for its devices: iOS 27, iPadOS 27, macOS 27, tvOS 27, watchOS 27, and visionOS 27 for its Vision Pro headset.
Separately, Apple disclosed a partnership with Google concerning AI technology. The company is also implementing management changes within its AI division and preparing to introduce two new versions of the Siri virtual assistant.
