Meta to Trial Premium Subscriptions Across Major Platforms

Technology company Meta plans to trial premium subscriptions for users of Instagram, Facebook, and WhatsApp in the coming months. These new subscription offerings will provide access to features that include expanded artificial intelligence (AI) capabilities.

The company has stated that access to the core services of these platforms will continue to be free of charge.

Additionally, Meta intends to test subscriptions for other features. This includes its Vibes video generation application, which utilizes new AI visual creation tools.
