Arrest documents published by US media indicate that Doherty was filming video content in the middle of a roadway while interacting with police officers. This activity reportedly led to traffic obstruction.
Following apprehension, a police search located half of an orange, oval-shaped pill imprinted with the number '3', which was described as consistent with a Schedule II amphetamine. Additionally, three suspected cannabis cigarettes were found.
Mr. Doherty, aged 22, is recognized for producing online video content. Previous video titles include 'I got kicked off a cruise' and 'I crashed into a cop car'.
