Altercation Erupts at FFC Press Conference in Oman

An altercation occurred during a Fitbox Fighting Championship press conference in Oman on Thursday. The incident involved Dzhokhar Dushuev, a teammate and friend of Khamzat Chimaev, and Dushuev's upcoming opponent, Anthony Zeidan.

The fighters were separated. Chimaev then approached Zeidan and spoke to him.

No further physical contact occurred, and several individuals were present to prevent the situation from escalating.

Dzhokhar Dushuev and Anthony Zeidan are scheduled to compete in the welterweight main event of FFC 5 on Friday at the Oman Automobile Association in Muscat, Oman.

Khamzat Chimaev has previously been involved in out-of-cage confrontations, including an incident in November where he shoved welterweight contender Ian Machado Garry backstage at UFC Qatar.
