Connor Storrie to Host ‘Saturday Night Live’ for the First Time on February 28
Mumford & Sons will perform as the musical guest for the episode.
Los Angeles — Actor Connor Storrie is set to make his debut as host of Saturday Night Live on February 28, marking a significant milestone in his rising career. The band Mumford & Sons will join as the evening’s musical guest.
A Rapid Rise in Hollywood
Storrie, best known for his role in the series Heated Rivalry, has seen a swift professional ascent. He has recently presented at the Golden Globes and served as an Olympic torchbearer—feats that underscore his broadening profile. His schedule has also included appearances on Late Night with Seth Meyers and a front-row spot at YSL's Paris Fashion Week, where he now serves as a brand ambassador.
Before his breakout role, Storrie was credited as "Young Inmate" in the film Joker: Folie à Deux.
From Ice to Laughter
Portraying Russian hockey player Ilya Rozanov in Heated Rivalry, Storrie is no stranger to blending drama with levity. Off-screen, he has openly discussed his involvement in the Los Angeles clown scene. The show itself has already leaned into his work: SNL recently parodied Heated Rivalry in a sketch titled "Heated Wizardry" during its midseason return.
What’s Next for ‘SNL’
Saturday Night Live will be off the air until the February 28 broadcast, which airs live on NBC and Peacock at 11:30 p.m. ET / 8:30 p.m. PT. Lorne Michaels’ Broadway Video produces the long-running comedy series.
