Max Dowman, a 16-year-old talent, has officially signed a pre-contract agreement with Arsenal. This agreement is a precursor to his first professional contract, which he is expected to sign when he turns 17 at the end of 2026.

Arsenal manager Mikel Arteta praised Dowman, drawing a comparison to Lionel Messi.
"What he’s done with us at the age of 15, me personally, I haven’t seen it before, only with that guy who used to play at Barcelona, but maybe not even that."
