Judge Denies Trump Administration's Dismissal Motion in TPS Case
In an 83-page ruling, Judge Reyes denied the Trump administration's motion to dismiss a lawsuit.
The ruling granted the plaintiffs' request for deportation protection to remain in effect while the case proceeds through the courts.
The plaintiffs in the case consist of five Haitian Temporary Protected Status (TPS) holders.
