Former Husband of Jill Biden Indicted for Murder of Wife
William Stevenson, 77, the former husband of Jill Biden, has been indicted on a charge of first-degree murder in connection with the death of his current wife, Linda Stevenson, 64.

A grand jury in Delaware returned an indictment against William Stevenson, leading to his arrest on Monday. The charge stems from an incident on December 28, when New Castle County police responded to a domestic dispute call at the couple's residence in the Wilmington area.
Upon arrival, officers found Linda Stevenson unresponsive in the living room. Despite lifesaving measures attempted by the officers, she died at the scene. Her body was subsequently submitted to the Delaware Division of Forensic Science for an autopsy.
