Paul Weiss Clarifies Mr. Karp's Association with Epstein

The statement indicated that Mr. Karp had known Epstein but did not observe or participate in any misconduct.

It further specified that Mr. Karp attended two group dinners in New York City and had a limited number of social interactions via email. Mr. Karp has expressed regret for all of these interactions.
