Home Office Faces Challenges in Returns to DRC, Angola, and Namibia
The Home Office has reported difficulties concerning the return of individuals to the Democratic Republic of Congo (DRC), Angola, and Namibia.
The department stated that these frustrations are largely due to issues such as paperwork not being processed by the destination countries, or individuals being required to sign their own return documents.
These conditions were cited as effectively granting individuals a veto over their return.
