Vulpis had been living in Sydney for approximately one year. During this time, he worked at Cibaria, an Italian restaurant located within the Manly Pacific Hotel. His culinary career also included significant roles in Ibiza, where he previously held positions as head chef at Aparthotel Playasol Mogambo and as a private caterer.
Successful Fundraiser Launched
Following his death, Vulpis's family launched a fundraiser to help cover associated expenses. The goal of the fundraiser was to assist with cremation, legal, and administrative costs, as well as the repatriation of his ashes to Italy.
